Toronto (Feb. 24, 2016) — Beginning March 1, Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada, located right next to the iconic CN Tower in downtown Toronto, will join the Toronto CityPASS® program. CityPASS ticket booklets allow travelers to visit a destination’s top attractions while saving nearly half off combined admission prices. Each 2016 Toronto CityPASS booklet includes prepaid admission to CN Tower, Casa Loma, Royal Ontario Museum, Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada, and a choice between either the Toronto Zoo or the Ontario Science Centre.

Opened in 2013, Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada is a 135,000-square-foot (12,541 square meters) interactive attraction that immerses guests in a thrilling underwater adventure showcasing more than 16,000 marine animals. Canada’s largest indoor aquarium, Ripley’s features the biggest shark collection in North America, stingray and bamboo shark touch pools, and daily live dive shows. Don’t miss Dangerous Lagoon, where a football-length glass tunnel with moving sidewalk transports guests through sharks, green sea turtles and moray eels; or Planet Jellies, a hypnotic and mesmerizing gallery, where backlit and color-changing displays highlight five species of jellies.

As of March 1, the start of the program year, each 2016 Toronto CityPASS ticket booklet will save travelers 43% off combined admission to the included attractions. Toronto CityPASS prices, starting March 1: $72 CAD* for adults (a value of $126 CAD); $46 CAD* for children, age 4-12 (value $86 CAD).
