CityPASS saves time allowing booklet holders to skip most main-entrance ticket lines. Plus, CityPASS booklets are valid for 9 consecutive days beginning with the first day of use.

I'm a travel trade member. Who do I contact at CityPASS for a contract to sell the CityPASS programs?

Can I get a complimentary CityPASS?
Complimentary passes are allotted to contracted and actively selling travel trade partners. To confirm if your company qualifies for a complimentary pass, please contact the travel trade team at email@example.com.

What's my login information?
What is your group pricing?
CityPASS programs and pricing are created for individual travelers; CityPASS does not offer group discounts. If you're organizing a group visit, we recommend that you contact the respective attractions for group pricing and information.
Are there any blackout dates within which the passes cannot be used?
No. CityPASS ticket booklets may be activated (first used) at any time prior to the booklet's expiration date. (If the ticket booklets are for a contest or giveaway, the CityPASS Public Relations Department will inform you of the expiration date.) When first issued, passes will have at least one year before expiration. Note: Once activated (first used), the holder has nine consecutive days (including the first day) to use the remaining tickets inside the CityPASS booklets.
My client didn't redeem their voucher(s); can I provide a refund?
It is up to your discretion to extend a refund to your client. CityPASS will only invoice you if the voucher is redeemed.

How do I a place a refund request?
Travel trade Online Ordering Partners who place their orders using their assigned login can submit their requests to the CityPASS Support Center at www.citypass.com/returns.
When does the CityPASS 9-day validity period begin?
The 9-day validity period begins the date of first use and includes the first day.
Why does my net rate not apply to the Southern California CityPASS?
Travel trade sales of the Southern California CityPASS are contracted through Disneyland Resorts. Please contact your Disney representative for more information.

How many people can be placed on one online order?
We recommend placing no more than 6 people on one order.
What's an option ticket?
Most CityPASS programs include option tickets that offer you the choice to visit one of two different attractions. For example, New York CityPASS includes an option ticket that allows you to choose between Top of the Rock or the Guggenheim Museum. No need to decide when purchasing; choose when you get there. If you want to visit both attractions on an option ticket, CityPASS often includes a coupon for special savings on admission to the other attraction.
